Case studies: what we built, and why
Each case study sets out the problem, the constraints and what we actually built, from a financial system rebuilt for new healthcare payment rules to Shopify Plus stores for fashion and outdoor brands.

A case study should help you judge whether we can do your project. That means specifics, including the hard parts.
- The real problem and the constraints we worked under
- What we built, with diagrams where they help
- The technology and why it was chosen
- The team and how the work was organized
- No borrowed results, only what we can stand behind
- Client names only with permission
About our case studies
Why are some clients not named?
Some clients, especially in healthcare, utilities and staffing, ask us not to name them. In those case studies we describe the business and the problem instead, and every detail of the work is real.
Do you have work in our industry?
Possibly more than is shown here. Many projects are covered by confidentiality agreements. Tell us your industry and we will tell you honestly what relevant experience we have.
Can we see work that is not listed?
Often, yes. Some projects can be walked through on a call without sharing anything confidential. The portfolio also shows more of our design and ecommerce work.
Want to be our next case study?
Tell us what you are building. We will come back with questions and an honest view of how we would approach it.
