A software company built around how businesses work
Pylogix designs and builds custom software, AI features and online stores for companies in the United States and the United Kingdom. We are engineers, data scientists, designers and product people with offices in Houston and London, and we care more about what your software does for the business than about the technology behind it.

Four kinds of work, one team
Most projects mix two or three of these. Having them under one roof means the people who design your product also build it, connect it and look after it.
Build software
Custom platforms, web applications, mobile apps and the design work behind them.
Software, web and mobile →AI and data
Machine learning, generative AI, agents and the data pipelines they depend on.
AI, machine learning and data →Ecommerce
Shopify Plus and headless stores, plus the marketing that brings customers back.
Ecommerce and growth →Integration and support
ERP integration, modernization, cloud, dedicated teams and monthly support.
Integration and support →Four things we hold ourselves to
These shape every project, whatever the size. They are also the easiest way to tell whether we are the right partner for you.
The business comes first
Technology is a tool. We start with the decision, the process or the customer the software is meant to serve, and pick the technology after.
We say the hard things early
If a product you can buy will do the job, or a budget will not cover the scope, you hear it in discovery, before you have spent money on a build.
You own what we build
Code in your repository from the first commit, intellectual property assigned to you, infrastructure in your own accounts.
Small releases, often
Working software every two to three weeks, so you can see progress, change priorities and never wait months for a surprise.
The people on your project
You work directly with the people doing the work, not through a chain of account managers.
Software engineers
Front end, back end, mobile and full stack engineers who write, review and test the code.
Data and AI specialists
Data scientists and data engineers who build models, pipelines and the evaluation around them.
Designers
UX and UI designers who research, prototype and test before anything is built.
Product and delivery
Product managers and delivery leads who run the sprints and write the weekly update.
DevOps
Engineers who set up hosting, pipelines, monitoring and security.
Marketing and content
Growth marketers and writers for stores and for the content that explains what you do.
Some of the work we are proud of

About Pylogix
Where is Pylogix based?
We have offices in Houston, Texas and in London, United Kingdom. Pylogix Ltd is a UK company, and most of our clients are in the United States and the United Kingdom.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Retail and ecommerce brands, healthcare and utilities providers, media and consumer app companies, and businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheets. They range from founders with a first product to established companies modernizing old systems.
What do you actually build?
Custom software and web applications, mobile apps, AI and machine learning features, online stores, and the integration, cloud and support work that keeps them running. The services page lists everything.
How does working with you start?
With a conversation about the problem, then usually a short, fixed-price discovery phase that ends in a scoped estimate and a recommended approach. You can stop after discovery and keep everything it produced.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Mostly remotely, with working hours that overlap yours every day. We meet on site when a project benefits from it, for example for discovery workshops or launch weeks.
How we think about building software
How to choose a software development partner
In-house or outsourced software development
Onshore, nearshore or offshore developmentTell us what you are working on
Whether it is a new product, an old system or a store that needs to do more, we will come back with questions and an honest view of where to start.
