Who will work on our project?
A small team matched to the work, usually engineers, a designer and a delivery lead, with data specialists or DevOps when the project needs them. You meet them before the project starts and work with them directly.

Yes. During discovery you work with the people who would build your project, so you know who you are hiring before the build starts.
