Live streaming app
A live video streaming app built around community. Hosts broadcast live, invite guests into multi-person rooms and hold group video calls. Viewers comment, like and send virtual gifts that the host can turn into real earnings.
We built it in Flutter for iOS and Android, with an MVVM structure that keeps the live video, chat and gifting features separate and easy to extend.
Signing in
New users create an account, then sign in with Google, Facebook or a mobile number.
Home
The home screen lists everyone who is live right now. Tap a stream to join it, or see who else is watching.
Live video
Viewers and hosts can comment, see who is watching and share an invite link. Hosts can bring a viewer on as a guest streamer. Viewers can send likes, which pop up on the host's screen, and buy gifts in the app to send during the stream.
Profile
Users manage notifications, edit their profile, upload photos and see their friends, followers and fans. A wallet shows every gift they have received while streaming.
Search and chat
Search for other users, view their profiles, follow or unfollow them, and chat privately.
Leaderboard
Rankings based on gifts sent and received. The board also highlights the week's most-streamed users, new users who are streaming a lot, and the top gifters and receivers each day and each week.
