The ask is the online version of the family business, Coffee Serv Inc, which was founded by Jack and Lynn Kirshner 25 years ago. Since then, Coffee Serv Inc has become the preeminent online office and restaurant coffee provider in the Greater Delaware Valley.

Their online counterpart needed a refresh to keep up with the sales. Coffee For Less came to Pylogix with the goal of updating and developing their Shopify Plus store design, branding, and overall user-experience. They also requested we oversee their focus group testing.

The solution

The client saw a substantial increase in many different metrics after working with our team. Pylogix created custom logo design, iconography, and UI/UX design to renovate the Coffee For Less site, bringing up conversion rate and average order value.

Due to the large catalog of products, we made sure to focus heavily on navigation. Product search was also high on the list for the same reason, and the site is now much easier to maneuver, making it so customers can conveniently find their perfect drink.
