These terms explain the rules for using the Pylogix AI Website Auditor, a free SEO audit tool built by Pylogix. We kept them as plain as we can.
1. Who we are
The AI Website Auditor is built and run by Pylogix, a software development company with offices at 1717 Saint James Place #628, Houston, TX 77056, United States, and 346 Kensington High Street, London W14 8NS, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Pylogix, and "you" means the person or organization using the auditor.
By using the auditor, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the auditor does
The auditor loads a public web page you enter and runs checks on it, such as titles, headings, links, speed, mobile display and technical settings. It shows the results as a report with a score and a fix list. It can also compare two websites side by side. The auditor is free to use. We may change, add or remove features over time.
3. Reports are guidance
Reports are automated and based on what the checks can see at the time. Scores and suggestions are a starting point for improving a page. They are not a promise of search rankings, traffic or sales, and they are not legal, security or professional advice. Results from outside services, such as Google PageSpeed Insights or Safe Browsing, depend on those services.
4. Fair use
You must not use the auditor to:
- break the law or help anyone else break it
- scan pages in a way that overloads or attacks someone else's website
- run automated or bulk scans, scrape reports or get around limits, captchas or security
- submit addresses that point to private networks, malware or content that is illegal to access
- resell reports as your own service without our written permission
We may block addresses, domains or users that break these rules, with or without notice.
5. Report pages
Each report has its own web address so you can share it. Reports describe the public page that was checked, not you. Report pages are hidden from search engines. If you own a website and want a report about it removed, send us a message through our contact page.
6. Accounts
You can use the auditor without an account. If you create one, give us accurate details, keep your password private and tell us through our contact page if you think someone else has got in. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
7. Our property
The auditor's software, design, name and logo belong to Pylogix and its licensors. You may share and print your reports. These terms do not give you any other right to use our brand or code.
8. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the auditor online and accurate. Even so, we provide it "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that reports are complete and exact.
9. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, Pylogix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that come from using the auditor or acting on a report. Because the auditor is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to US$100.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you keep the protections of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to put things right.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the auditor or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the auditor after that, you accept the updated terms.
